चर्चा विकलांगता के मापदंड की

भारत एक गणतंत्र राष्ट्र है। यहाँ के संविधान में हर एक देशवासी को अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता दी गई है। इसके तहत भारतीयों को चर्चा करना बहुत पसंद है या यूँ कहें कि ये अब हमारी आदत बन चुकी है। हम अपनी आदत से लाचार फिर एक नया मुद्दा ढूंढ चुके हैं चर्चा के लिए।
इस बार चर्चा का विषय बहुत अलग है। इस बार चर्चा हो रही है विकलांगो की विकलांगता पर। 2011 के विकलांगो की जनगणना के लिए किन-किन सवालों का चयन किया जाए, अभी चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। हाल ही में माननीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल ने जब 2011 के विकलांगो के जनगणना की बात की तो बस हम भारतीयों को फिर एक नयी बहस का मुददा मिल गया। इस विषय पर चर्चा इस बात पर होने लगी की इन विकलांगो को अपनी विकलांगता साबित करने के लिए किन मापदंडों से गुजरना पड़ेगा। विकलांगो की विकलांगता पर सिर्फ हमारे देश में ही चर्चा नहीं हो रही है या होती है, यह एक सर्वव्यापी चर्चा का विषय है।
हम भारतीयो को सिर्फ विषय चाहिए और बस चर्चा शुरु। इस का प्रमाण बस इस बात से ही लगाया जा सकता है कि हम इस बात पर चर्चा कर रहे है कि विकलांगो को खुद को विकलांग साबित करने के लिए किन-किन सवालों का जवाब देना पड़ेगा। यह सवालों का प्रचलन 2001 की जनगणना से शुरु हुआ और इस जनगणना के बाद भारत में 2.5% विकलांग पाये गए। उस समय इस बात की आलोचना की गई कि यह तथ्य बहुत कम है। अब आप ही सोचिये कि हम भारतीय चर्चा के कितने बड़े दीवाने हैं कि इस बात पर भी चर्चा करने लगे। परंतु असली चर्चा तो इस समय हो रही है कि हम किन सवालों को पूछ कर यह तय करेंगे की कौन व्यक्ति विकलांग है और कौन नहीं।
विभिन्न एन.जी.ओ में इस बात पर चर्चा काफी तेज हो चुकी है। हर एन.जी.ओ का खुद का अपना मापदण्ड है। ये सारे संस्थान अपने खुद की अलग-अलग प्रश्नावली ले कर तैयार हैं। इन सब एन.जी.ओ के नजर में उनके खुद के प्रश्न बिल्कुल सही और सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं। ये सब विकलांगो और उनके समस्या के बारे में नही सोच रहे है, परंतु सिर्फ अपनी सर्वश्रेष्ठता के बारे में सोच रहे हैं। ये तो पता नही की विकलांगो को कौन सी प्रश्नावली का उत्तर देना पड़ेगा? परंतु ये तो साफ है और होता भी जा रहा है कि हम भारतीयों को चर्चा करने में बहुत मज़ा आता है, बस हमें एक विषय नही मिला की हम शुरु हो गए।

Hang him till death………….

To you it will sound like a film’s dialogue but it is real that an Indian cannot resist two things first to lose a cricket match and second much more important one attack on the country. This statement was again proved to be true when on Thursday 6th may Azmal Amir Kasab accused for 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack was ordered death sentence.
The craze among the countrymen regarding the decision of the case and the celebration done after the decision is the example of this fact. No doubt this shows the patriotism of the people towards the nation and it is very obvious also. The Indians are always and all over the world are known for their patriotism. The decision making in this case also set a record for the fastest hearing of any case in the country. In the case whole nation was involved and it was a much-much awaited decision to be made by the court. Altogether it is really good to get a decision so quickly and also when the interest of whole country is connected to it.
But isn’t it like punishing the puppet of the show. Even today we don’t have the real culprit and the main planner of the incident in our custody. We are celebrating the death sentence of Kasab to what extent it is correct and even the way we are reacting on this decision, do it make any sense? If we thing for a minute then we will realize that what exactly we are doing. We are rejoicing a death sentence. No doubt he is the culprit and he should be punished but to celebrate it and also in such a way is correct by no means. This decision is the first step of our victory we still have to go a long distance. We have to reach till the main culprit, it is just a beginning.
If we really want to pay homage to the people who died in the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack then we need to continue our work on this case. We should not stop till the end, till when the main culprit of the case is in our custody. Till then no doubt it is a big achievement to give death sentence for Kasab but along with this we even need to control our emotion and way of expression and celebration. With the hanging of Azmal Amir Kasab till death, we should also not hang our human nature and our humanity which makes us different from them.

क्या से क्या हो गया……

जब कभी मैं अकेला रहता हूँ और भावुक होता हूँ तो मेरा दिल मेरे दिमाग से पूछता है कि ये क्या से क्या हो गया और कभी बिरले जब गलती से कुछ देर के लिए मैं चितंन करता हुँ तो मेरा दिमाग मेरे दिल से पुछता है कि ये क्षेत्र ठीक तो है न? और हमेशा घंटो सरदर्द करवाने के बाद भी मैं ख़ुद को निरुत्तर ही पाता हूँ।
ये प्रश्नो का खेल सन् 2004 में शुरु हुआ जब मैंने दसवी की परीक्षा दी। बचपन से सपना था इंजीनियर बनने का। पर पता नहीं क्यों मेरे भाग्य ने हमेशा मेरे सपनों को अपने ऐटीच्युड पर ले लिया। इस बात का सबसे बड़ा सुबूत मुझे अपनी दसवीं के रिज़ल्ट से मिला और मुझे बारहवीं में बायोलॉजी लेना पड़ा। सपनो में थोड़ा सा चेंज़ आया और अब मैं डॉक्टर बाबू बनना चाहता था। परंतु ये दो साल कब और कैसे खत्म हो गए पता ही नहीं चला। ये दो साल मेरे अब तक के जीवन के सबसे जल्दी खत्म हुए दो साल थे। सपना डॉक्टर बाबू बनने का था और यहां बारहवीं पास करने के लाले पड़ रहे थे। मैंने भी बड़े प्रेम और आदर के साथ बाबूजी को बता दिया कि पिताजी रिजल्ट में डर लग रहा है। पिताजी ने हिम्मत बढ़ाते हुए कहा चिंता मत करो सब ठीक होगा वैसे डर किन विषयों में लग रहा है? मुझ में भी कुछ हिम्मत बढ़ी और मैंने कहा- “केमेस्ट्री, मैथ्स और फिजीक्स में”। अब परिस्थिति बिल्कुल पलट चुकी थी और पिताजी ने बड़े प्रेम और आदर भाव में कहा- “बेटा बचा क्या तुमने तो पाँच ही विषय लिए है”। उस वक्त मैं मानो ये चाह रहा था कि कुछ हो जाए और जमीन फट जाए और मैं उस में समा जाऊँ। पर मुझे ये पता नहीं था कि हमारी ये बात कोई और भी सुन रहा है और एक बार फिर मेरे भाग्य ने इसको अपने ऐटीच्युड पर ले लिया पर इस बार ये मेरे लिए पाजीटिव रहा और मैं बारहवीं पास कर गया।
अब विषय था कि जीवन में आगे क्या करना है। किसी ने बहुत ख़ुब कहा है अगर हौसले बुलंद हो तो राहे ख़ुद-ब-ख़ुद बन जाती हैं और कुछ ऐसा ही मेरे साथ भी हुआ। परंतु इसके पीछे का जो स्ट्रगल है वो मुझे आज तक समझ नहीं आया। बारहवीं पास करने का जश्न मनाने के बाद मुझे बस पता ये था कि कुछ भी हो जाए मुझे एडमिशन लेना है किसी चीज में भी। इसी सिलसिले में, मैं जुलाई में जमशेदपुर पँहुचा और फिर शुरु हुआ रीयल स्ट्रगल। इसी क्रम में एक दिन मैं करीम सीटी कॉलेज पँहुचा और कॉमर्स का फॉर्म लेते-लेते मैंने मास कॉम का फॉर्म ले लिया। देखते ही देखते मैंने रिटेन और इंटरवियु दोनो क्लीयर कर लिया और मैं मास कॉम से बैचलर्स करने लगा। पहले दो साल तक मुझे यही पता था कि मुझे बैचलर्स के बाद एम.बी.ए करना है। पर मुझे ये पता नहीं था कि मेरी इस इच्छा की वजह से पुरी दुनिया को दिक्कत उठानी पड़ेगी। इस बार मेरे भाग्य ने मेरे एम.बी.ए करने की बात को थोड़ा ज्यादा सीरियसली ही अपने ऐटीच्युड पर ले लिया और फलस्वरूप पूरे विश्व में रिसेशन आ गया। अब घर वालो ने कहा बेटा एम.बी.ए छोड़ो और अपने फिल्ड में ही मास्टर्स करो। एक बार फिर मैंने अपने सपनो में थोड़ा सा चेंज किया और अब मैं माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी के जनसंचार विभाग का छात्र हूँ। आज जब कोई मेरे से पूछता है कि आगे क्या करना है और किस फिल्ड में जाना है, तो मेरा दिल मेरे दिमाग से यही कहता है ये क्या से क्या हो गया..............

Send her with Love and Pride………

India is a democratic country and we all are very free to make our own decision regarding our own life. Similar is for her even. It’s her life and she has got the right to make the decision for her life. What the hell problem we all are having and why are we having this problem?
She is the pride to the nation, she has brought many glory to the country. Then why now these scenes are being created. It’s her marriage and it’s her decision whom to marry and when her family is also ready then why to do all these? We are the Indian one who honour and respect its guest, we tell “atithi devo bhawa” and what are we doing now with Shoaib?
At present he is not a Pakistani. He is the groom of the country’s one of the most endearing daughter Sania Mirza. When the lady won medals and titles she was the pride daughter of the nation but now on just a decision of her marriage with a Pakistani cricketer, has snatched all her credits. To what extent is this ethical and logical?
Either we Indians should learn to accept and welcome decisions like this or we should put off the mask of diplomacy and democracy. These big things should not just be on paper but should be practically practiced. It really would have been an honour and pride if the entire country would have welcomed her decision and would have supported her. But we couldn’t do so, now also it is not late. Let’s come forward and send her with promise of always giving her the honour of being the one of the most endearing and pride daughter of ours and her motherland India. Please send Sania with love, honour, care, pride and well wishes for her upcoming married life. May God Bless Her……………!!

गलती से मैं लेट हो गया

मुझे पता है मैं लेट हो चुका हुँ कानू भैया को श्रद्धांजली देने में। लेकिन आप समझ सकते है कि इस व्यस्त जिंदगी में खुद के लिए समय नहीं मिलता है और फिर दूसरो, वो भी कानू भैया जैसें महान व्यक्ति के लिए तो समय निकालने के लिए एक सुनियोजित योजना बनानी पड़ती है। किसी ने बहुत खूब कहा है कि इस तेज रफ्तार जिंदगी में अपनी जगह पर खड़े रहने के लिए भी दौड़ना पड़ता है। बस इसी वजह से मैं लेट हो गया।
कानू भैया एक महान व्यक्ति थे। परंतु मुझे ये बात समझ में नही आती की हमें किसी भी महान व्यक्ति की महानता का पता उसके मरने के बाद ही क्यों चलता है। कानू भैया अगर महान थे तो वो 23 मार्च 2010 से पहले भी महान जरुर रहे होगें। एक व्यक्ति जिसने नक्सलवाद जैसा विद्रोह करवा दिया वो आम कदापि नहीं हो सकता। अगर कानू भैया आजादी से पहले आए होते तो हमारा भारत शायद 1947 से पहले ही आजाद हो चुका होता। लेकिन ये मनुष्य की विड़ंबना है कि उसे समय से पहले और भाग्य से ज्यादा कुछ नही मिलता।
कानू भैया महान थे इसमें कोई दो राय नही है परंतु वर्तमान में नक्सलवाद को देख कर अपने इस विचार पर एक बार संशय होता है। लेकिन इस संशय का ये कतई अर्थ नही है कि कानू भैया महान नही थे। आज कल के बच्चे जब बड़े हो जाते है तो वो अपने पिताजी के कहे में कहाँ रहते है। बस ऐसा ही कुछ नक्सलवाद के पिता कहे जाने वाले कानू भैया के साथ भी हुआ। ऐसा पहली बार नही हुआ है, अकसर ही महान लोग अपने बच्चों को अपनी महानता नही सिखा पाते और हमारे कानू भैया भी तो एक महान व्यक्ति ही थे।
मैंने शुरु में ही कहा था मैं लेट हो चुका हुँ तो आप ये सोच रहे होगे की मुझे ये याद कैसे आया की में लेट हो चुका हुँ। बस 7 अप्रैल के दंतेवाड़ा के नक्सली हमले के बाद। मुझे नहीं पता था कि मेरी इस छोटी सी भूल का ये परिणाम होगा। अगर आपने भी अभी तक कानू भैया को श्रद्धांजली नही दी है तो जल्दी करें कही आप भी लेट न हो जाएं। क्योंकि मुझे अपने लेट होने पर बहुत अफसोस है।

याद आये वो पल

कहते है वो यादें ही है जो हमेशा हमारे साथ रहती है। समय के साथ पुराने रिश्ते खत्म होते है और कई नये रिश्ते बनते है, पर वो यादें ही है जो हर बीतते समय के साथ और मजबूत हो जाती है।बात जब कॉलेज लाइफ के यादों की हो तो मजा दुगना हो जाता है। कई स्मृतियाँ और मस्ती के पल आँखो के सामने एक फीचर फिल्म की तरह चलने लगते है। कुछ हँसने के पल, कुछ मस्ती के लम्हें, वो रुठना, वो मनाना, वो सारे अनकहे लम्हें यादों के झरोखे में आ जाते है। साथ ही जब हमें एक ऐसा मंच मिल जाये जो कि हमारी उन यादों को ताजा कर दे और हमें उन यादों से जोड़ दे तो मजा बढ़ जाता है। कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ 4 अप्रैल 2010 को जब माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय में पुराने छात्रों का सम्मेलन हुआ। वह दृश्य इतना मनोरम था कि सारे लोग अपनी यादों की दुनिया में खो गये। वो सारी यादें ताजा हो गई। मानो वो सारे लोग दुबारा अपनी युवा अवस्था में आ गये हो और अपने कॉलेज लाइफ को जी उठे। सारे पुराने छात्र अपनी पुरानी यादें हम सब से बाँट रहे थे और वही हम सब नये छात्र अपने पुराने कॉलेज की यादों में खो गए थे।कोई व्यक्ति कुछ भी बन जायें, वह कितना भी सफल हो जायें परंतु अपने पुराने कॉलेज के दोस्तों के आगे उसकी एक नही चलती। हमारी सारी शेखी उन महान पुरूषों के आगे धरी की धरी रह जाती है। आख़िर हो भी क्यों न ये हमारे उस सुख दुःख के साथी है जिनके साथ हमने अपने सारे राज बाटे, अपनी खुशियों का जश्न मनाया और दुःख के समय इन्ही कंधो पर रोए भी। हमारे ये दोस्त हमेशा हमारे साथ रहें या न रहें पर उनकी सारी यादें हमेशा हमारे साथ थी, हैं और रहेगी। दोस्तो, हमेशा याद आयेगें वो पल।

A Bill, What A Bill.......?

About a month ago India made a historical revolutionary change. In other words an achievement that will be remembered for decade. A change that Mahatma Gandhi even thought about. Yes, you are correct it’s the achievement of our honorable minister Mr. Kapil Sibbal. Just a minute we need to credit those 54 members of Rajya Sabha also who were present during the session.

It is being said that latest education bill is very impactful. It will make many changes and will develop our education system. Will the bill be able to make any changes in a country like ours?

In a village of India a government school was made side by side. The lower middle class and the lower class children were the student of the government school. The upper class and the upper middle class children went to the private school. Private school had the dress code with tie. Dismissal time of both the school were same. At the time of dismissal students of both school ran out of the school but a boy of government school use to climb the wall of his school and see those private school children.

This incident continued for about a month. Then one day the boy after dismissal took out the blade from his bag and made a tie shape structure by cutting his bag. He was wearing small half pant and a banyan and he holed the tie structure with his chin and asked his friend “HOW I AM LOOKING”?

This is the situation of our country and we are hoping to make some big changes with the latest education bill will it happen God knows? Since when the bill was presented and today when the bill has been passed a number of articles has been written and even today an article is ready but what’s the use? These all seems to be like playing the flute before the buffalo, but what we can do it’s a democracy Na……………?
